New clients — book a consultation first: If you're new to us, please book a consultation at least 48 hours before your appointment so we can discuss your goals and see photos of your hair. A separate consultation is required for: > Colour correction > First-time balayage > Transformations (light to dark, or dark to light) > Bleach services These maintenance services can be consulted on the day, at the time of your appointment: > Foils & highlights (if your hair is natural or regularly professionally cared for) > Global colour > Light to dark > Root touch-up | regrowth The services you book determine how much time we set aside for you. We'll confirm your booking Your booking isn't final until we confirm it. We review every request to make sure the right service and enough time have been allocated for your hair. 3. Tell us about your hair Add a note with anything helpful — the look you're after, your hair history, and photos if you have them. The more we know, the better we can tailor your appointment. 4. Pricing Listed prices are a starting point, set to cover a wide range of hair. We aim to be transparent: colour is charged by the gram, so longer or thicker hair, or extra product, can add a little time and cost. Some services may require a quote. 5. Deposits & cancellations A deposit is required to secure your booking. More than 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule: your deposit is fully refundable. Less than 24 hours' notice: we're sorry, but we may not be able to refund it. General Terms
1. on behalf of itself and any third party licensor(s) of the Software and Service retains all rights and title to the Software, the Website, the Service and, except as set out below, no Intellectual Property Rights or goodwill therein are transferred to the Client.
2. In relation to the Service:
  1. the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service;
  2. the Client agrees not to copy the Service or the Software or to reverse assemble or attempt to derive source code from the Software;
  3. You must not damage, interfere with or harm the Website or Services, or any network, or system underlying or connected to them, or attempt to do so;
  4. You may not use a robot, spider, scraper or other unauthorised automated means to access the Website or information featured on it for any purpose; and
  5. Client agrees to comply with all governmental or other regulations relating to the use of the Service.

Providing Content
