Located in our light-filled Rose Bay salon, we combine high-end results with a warm, down-to-earth atmosphere, using premium products and master-level stylists to deliver exceptional, personalised results every visit. POLICY Appointments All online bookings are considered requests and are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation via email or phone (within 48 hours). Appointment times may be adjusted where necessary to allow the correct timing for your service. Men’s cuts and blow-dries are not available to book online and must be arranged by calling the salon directly. Deposits A 35% deposit is required for all new clients at the time of booking. This amount will be deducted from your total on the day. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation policies are not met. Late Arrivals If you are running late, please contact the salon at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Arrivals of 15 minutes or more may result in a reduced service while still being charged in full. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or declined, and fees may apply. Cancellations & No-Shows We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise; however, cancellation fees may apply at our discretion if sufficient notice is not provided.
