Cosmetic Prescription Treatments - With changes to the TGA rules around the way we share information with our beloved clients, all clients wanting to book in for a cosmetic prescription treatment must now book in for a consultation with our Registered Nurses. At The Skin Nurse we treat a variety of cosmetic concerns including - signs of ageing between the brows, beside the eyes, or lines across the forehead. Volume enhancing treatments for the lips, cheeks, jawline, jowls or volume loss/hollowness. Treatment plans are valid for 12 months. *While our cosmetic prescription consultations have no obligation to proceed with treatment, we charge a booking fee for our clinician's expertise and time. This fee is redeemable against any treatment performed on the day. If you choose not to proceed with treatment, the fee covers your consultation time. Skin Treatments - New clients wishing to book in for Skin Treatments or clients who have previously seen us for Skin Treatments (but who have not had an active treatment, with us in the last 6 months) - you are required to book in for a Skin Health Assessment as your 1st appointment in our clinic. This allows us to ensure you are a suitable candidate for the treatment best suited to your concerns and to prep your skin prior to our more advanced treatment options. Body Treatments - Clients booking in for MORPHEUS 8, SYLFIRM X or SCITON BBL Body Treatments must have had a body consultation prior to your first treatment. Body consultation is necessary before advanced body treatments to ensure you are a suitable candidate. Vitamin Infusions and Boosters - Some vitamins need to be compounded specifically for you and can take up to 2 weeks to arrive from our compounding pharmacy. Please call us at the clinic to discuss. Our booking, cancellation & termination policy applies to all appointments made in clinic.   2. the Client agrees not to copy the Service or the Software or to reverse assemble or attempt to derive source code from the Software;
