***IMPORTANT PLEASE READ*** • To secure your booking we require a 50% deposit. Please follow the booking procedure right to the end. Your booking will only be successful after the deposit has been paid. • Please give at least 24 hours prior notice if there are any changes to your booking. Your deposit will go towards the cancellation fee if you make last minute changes within 24 hours no matter what reason provided. • Although we do try our best, we unfortunately cannot always accommodate late arrivals 15 minutes and over. Where possible we will offer the next available appointment time, also it will be considered as a no-show or cancellation. • No-shows will be charged 100% of your booked services If you have made 2 last minute cancellations already, on your third cancellation we will charge the full price of your appointment deposit. • It's our salon's policy that children and pet cannot attend appointments with you. This is for their own safety and the comfort of all our clients. • Due to high demand please be aware that your appointment time may be slightly adjusted. We will always notify you of this! •THE STAFF DELIGHT THEMSELVES ON PROVIDING YOU WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE We do not issue refunds on any salon service. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your treatment can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.
