***IMPORTANT PLEASE READ*** • To secure your booking we require a 50% deposit. Please follow the booking procedure right to the end. Your booking will only be successful after the deposit has been paid. • Please give at least 24 hours prior notice if there are any changes to your booking. Your deposit will go towards the cancellation fee if you make last minute changes within 24 hours no matter what reason provided. • Parking Tuesday- Friday: Limited metered street parking is available on New North Rd, Randall Rd, Charlotte St, Ngahura St Exmouth St and surrounding streets. There is also Parkable at 110 New North Rd (SCG building) Weekends and Monday: Free on site parking (excluded Jetts), entrance at Ruru St. Please allow additional time for traffic and parking. We cannot always accommodate late arrivals. • Although we do try our best, we unfortunately cannot always accommodate late arrivals 15 minutes and over. Where possible we will offer the next available appointment time, also it will be considered as a no-show or cancellation. • No-shows will be charged 100% of your booked services • It's our salon's policy that children and pet cannot attend appointments with you. This is for their own safety and the comfort of all our clients. • Due to high demand please be aware that your appointment time may be slightly adjusted. We will always notify you of this! •THE STAFF DELIGHT THEMSELVES ON PROVIDING YOU WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE We do not issue refunds on any salon service. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your treatment can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction as quickly as possible.

Intellectual Property Rights means any patents, copyright, database rights, design rights, registered designs, trademarks or service marks or know how (whether registered or not and including any applications or rights to apply for registration) and all rights or forms of protection of a similar nature subsisting anywhere in the world.

General Terms
1. on behalf of itself and any third party licensor(s) of the Software and Service retains all rights and title to the Software, the Website, the Service and, except as set out below, no Intellectual Property Rights or goodwill therein are transferred to the Client.
2. In relation to the Service:
  1. the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service;
  2. the Client agrees not to copy the Service or the Software or to reverse assemble or attempt to derive source code from the Software;
  3. You must not damage, interfere with or harm the Website or Services, or any network, or system underlying or connected to them, or attempt to do so;
  4. You may not use a robot, spider, scraper or other unauthorised automated means to access the Website or information featured on it for any purpose; and

Providing Content
