All Medium-Large/ Large & Extra Large services are booked for 2025.**** OUR POLICY: CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS: - If you need to cancel/ reschedule your pooches appointment(s), we respectfully ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice prior to the booking. - Changing of services will incur a fee. - Last minute cancellations will incur a 50% charge of the booked service or loss or deposit. - No shows will result in a 100% charge of the booked service. - We may allow a 10-15 minute grace period after the scheduled appointment time if we have been notified and we are able to accommodate your late arrival. After this time your booked service will be considered a NO-SHOW and the above charge will be applied. MEDIUM, MEDIUM/ LARGE, LARGE & EXTRA LARGE DOGS: - Our latest bookings for Medium, Medium/ Large, Large & Extra Large pooches are at 11:00am. - Please do NOT book after this time or your appointment will be declined and your deposit will be refunded. - We do not accept Medium, Medium/ Large, Large & Extra Large pooches on Saturdays. - Please note that as of January 1st, 2026, our grooming prices will be updated as follows: MEDIUM: $150, MEDIUM/ LARGE: $180, LARGE: $220, EXTRA LARGE: $250. SATURDAY’S: - Small dogs ONLY for Full Pampers. - Trials, Puppy Play and Half Day Daycare available. General Terms
1. on behalf of itself and any third party licensor(s) of the Software and Service retains all rights and title to the Software, the Website, the Service and, except as set out below, no Intellectual Property Rights or goodwill therein are transferred to the Client.
2. In relation to the Service:
  1. the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service;
  2. the Client agrees not to copy the Service or the Software or to reverse assemble or attempt to derive source code from the Software;
  3. You must not damage, interfere with or harm the Website or Services, or any network, or system underlying or connected to them, or attempt to do so;
