IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING We understand life gets busy and plans can change. If you need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer your appointment time to another guest. Some services require a non-refundable booking fee, which is deducted from your total on the day of your appointment. If an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours or missed, the fee will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to a future booking. We truly value both our time and yours. If an appointment is missed more than once without notice, we may need to remove online booking access and request that future bookings be made by contacting the salon directly. In this case, you will be required to secure your appointment with an over-the-phone deposit, which will also be deducted from your service total on the day. If something unexpected comes up, please call or message us — we will always do our best to be understanding. Please also note: Due to the higher cost of staffing weekends, we’re unable to offer discounts on Saturdays. This includes children’s cuts, Fernwood members discount and promotional offers. Full pricing applies to all Saturday bookings. For any client under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must remain present during the consultation and quoting process to ensure clear communication and expectations around the service. 2. In relation to the Service:
  1. the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service;
  2. the Client agrees not to copy the Service or the Software or to reverse assemble or attempt to derive source code from the Software;
  3. You must not damage, interfere with or harm the Website or Services, or any network, or system underlying or connected to them, or attempt to do so;
