IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING At Pink Ginger we know life can get busy and plans change! However, to ensure we can offer the best service to all our wonderful clients, we kindly ask for 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the spot to someone on our waitlist who is eager for a little pampering. Some of our services incur a non-refundable booking fee of $50 which is taken off the price of your appointment. Where bookings are cancelled within 48 hours or a client does not show up to their appointment - a $50 fee will be charged. We also want to remind all clients that "NO SHOWS" cannot be tolerated. If a client misses their appointment more than once without notice, unfortununately they will not be able to make advanced bookings with us going forward and their online booking ability will be revoked. In the event of unforseen circumstances please call the salon or leave a message via our many communication channels. Your understanding and support mean the world to us. 2. In relation to the Service:

  2. the Client agrees not to copy the Service or the Software or to reverse assemble or attempt to derive source code from the Software;
