CANCELLATION POLICY All bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled via phone call at least 48 hours before the appointment. If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours in advance, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment or held as a credit for future use. If you cancel within 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited. This applies to all appointments, including existing clients. If you cancel within 24 hours of any service, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you cancel within 8 hours or do not show up, 100% of the service fee will be charged. All appointment changes must be made via phone call to 0494 157 434. Messages, emails, or social media DMs will not be accepted for cancellations or rescheduling LATE ARRIVALS At NOOR. we give you a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals, we understand that sometimes things don't run smoothly, however we do exercise the right to refuse service or opt for a smaller service with late arrival. To avoid disappointment or losing your appointment, please call us in advance if you're going to be late in advance to your scheduled time.
