CANCELLATION POLICY All bookings must be cancelled & rescheduled via phone call ONLY outside of the 48 HOUR cancellation window. If you cancel or reschedule out of 48 hours, your deposit will roll over to your new appointment or held as a credit for future use. If you cancel within 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to pay 50% of the service. If you cancel within 24 hours of any service, you will be charged 100% of the service. This applies to all appointments, INCL. existing clients Messages, emails, or social media DMs will not be accepted for cancellations or rescheduling. ALL TUESDAY APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE CANCELLATION BY THE SATURDAY PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT LATE ARRIVALS We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. While we understand delays can happen, we reserve the right to shorten or refuse the service if you arrive late. To avoid disappointment, please call us if you anticipate arriving late. BOOKING DEPOSIT POLICY All bookings require a NON REFUNDABLE deposit. A 50% deposit is required for all small services, A $200 deposit is required for all colour services. Deposits are deducted from your total on the day and help us manage our schedule. **PLEASE NOTE deposits may be higher for all colour corrections or large colour service bookings** A GENTLE REMINDER Your safety and relaxation are our priority. As our salon involves hot tools, shared equipment, and professional products, we do not accomodate for children in salon appointments. This helps maintain a safe, calm environment for everyone. At this time, we are unable to offer a private room or screened area, and as such, we are unable to service clients who require privacy for religious or personal reasons. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage all clients to consider this before making a booking.
