CANCELLATION POLICY All bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled via phone call at least 48 hours before the appointment. If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours in advance, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment or held as a credit for future use. If you cancel within 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited. This applies to all appointments, including existing clients. If you cancel within 24 hours of any service, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you cancel within 8 hours or do not show up, 100% of the service fee will be charged. All appointment changes must be made via phone call to 0494 157 434. Messages, emails, or social media DMs will not be accepted for cancellations or rescheduling DECEMBER POLICY (Peak Period) Due to high demand during December, all December appointments are subject to a full cancellation fee. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled in December within 48 hours, will incur 100% of the service fee. LATE ARRIVALS We offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. While we understand delays can happen, we reserve the right to shorten or refuse the service if you arrive late. To avoid disappointment, please call us if you anticipate arriving late. BOOKING DEPOSIT POLICY A 50% deposit is required for all small services, and a $150 deposit is required for all large services. Deposits are deducted from your total on the day and help us manage our schedule while providing the highest level of care and a luxurious experience for our angel clients. A GENTLE REMINDER Your safety and relaxation are our priority. As our salon involves hot tools, shared equipment, and professional products, we kindly ask that children do not attend appointments. This helps maintain a safe, calm environment for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and support.
