Colour services can take anywhere from 1.5 to 7 hours, depending on the service and processing time. While your colour is processing, we may be working with another client. To ensure everything runs smoothly, please select and book all additional services you’d like (cut, blow-dry, toner, treatment, etc.) with your colour service. If you do not need a hair cut or styled blow-dry, please select a colour rinse to help us accommodate your preferred date & time. New colour clients or those changing colour must send photos of current hair and desired look as this helps with consultation, timing, and preparation. (Retouch clients booking the same colour do not need to send photos). Please send the photos to mintysalon.wellington@gmail.com For haircut, booking is simple, and you may add a treatment if you wish. If you are booking a treatment only (excluding smoothing), please also select a blow-dry service. Perm services are not available for online booking. Please contact us via email and kindly send a couple of photos of your current hair and desired look. We do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time however, during busy periods, on certain days(if we are heavily booked out) or if we are short-staffed, some schedule adjustments may occasionally be necessary. Intellectual Property Rights means any patents, copyright, database rights, design rights, registered designs, trademarks or service marks or know how (whether registered or not and including any applications or rights to apply for registration) and all rights or forms of protection of a similar nature subsisting anywhere in the world.

General Terms
1. on behalf of itself and any third party licensor(s) of the Software and Service retains all rights and title to the Software, the Website, the Service and, except as set out below, no Intellectual Property Rights or goodwill therein are transferred to the Client.
2. In relation to the Service:
  1. the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service;
  2. the Client agrees not to copy the Service or the Software or to reverse assemble or attempt to derive source code from the Software;
  3. You must not damage, interfere with or harm the Website or Services, or any network, or system underlying or connected to them, or attempt to do so;
  4. You may not use a robot, spider, scraper or other unauthorised automated means to access the Website or information featured on it for any purpose; and

Providing Content
