Welcome to Macquarie Medi Spa ALL Appointments are now in our MEDI SPA ( the original location entry on the Coles Carpark) PLEASE READ - IMPORTANT NOTES ON OUR CANCELLATION POLICY 24 hours notice is required for ALL bookings - we do appreciate 48 hours if its a visiting specialist travelling from Sydney - Raquel, Fiona or Paula. We have to take a deposit for all bookings - if you have a gift voucher this is your booking deposit - If you fail to show or give 24 hours notice to cancel using a gift card -the voucher will be redeemed as USED as this is such a huge problem for our business with gift card clients often not showing or cancelling with no notice. We ask gift voucher holders to phone 63322062 to book in or leave a note in your online booking so we can refund you booking fee. RENOVATIONS: SHOP 1 on Howick st is now closed for Renovations - we expect them to go until late August 2025. You can also book online & we will refund your booking fee as you have a gift voucher to spend. *Appointments: All bookings are made via our 100% computerised system on our website, where you can view your treatments, bookings and products in your file, plus upload any required forms, photos of your skin /products etc. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Our exciting renovations mean from Spring 2025 we will re-open Macquarie Medi Spa to double in size with a larger retail area and giftwares, Brow & Makeup Bar, Larger rooms for our lasers and skin equipment and a beautiful new relaxation suite for customers booking massages / facials or spa packages.
