Here’s everything you need to know: • Booking Policy: We require a 50% booking fee to reserve all appointments due to customers were not showing to appointments. • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: If you can’t make it, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, or feel free to transfer your appointment to a friend or family member. • Gift Vouchers & Prepaid Packages: If you have one, please call us at 6332 2062 to book and provide your voucher number. • General Appointments: All other bookings are made via our 100% computerised system on our website, where you can view your treatments, bookings, and products in your file, plus upload any required forms. Exciting News! We now have our brand-new beauty lounge at Shop 1, 169 Howick Street, Bathurst offering: -Beauty services -Laser treatments -Makeup -Automated spray tanning booth 'TINA TANNER' -Infrared sauna + more treatments to come - BOOK the Beauty Lounge using the section heading in our online bookings. All other treatments unless you select the BEAUTY LOUNGE are performed in our original Medi Spa with entry on the Coles carpark - Bathurst. All massages and facials are performed in the Medi Spa. Mid 2025 we will begin a major renovation to renovate the front Beauty Lounge completely & combine the two business's but this will require us to close so we must wait closer to Winter.

  2. the Client agrees not to copy the Service or the Software or to reverse assemble or attempt to derive source code from the Software;
