Booking & Cancellation Policy – Selected services require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. – Deposits are non-refundable if less than 24 hours’ notice is given to cancel or reschedule. – By confirming your booking, you agree to Skin Nation’s booking and cancellation policy, including applicable deposits and fees. – We kindly ask for more than 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. – A $50 cancellation fee applies to services without a deposit if less than 24 hours’ notice is given. – No-shows or missed appointments may result in the full treatment cost being charged. – If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to send a friend or family member in your place, or move your appointment to another time the same day if availability allows. – A confirmation text will be sent 48 hours before your appointment as a reminder. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments leave gaps that are often difficult to fill. Please also note – To maintain a calm environment, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone and child-free. – Our 24-hour cancellation policy still applies to changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, including illness.
