If I book online is it automatically confirmed?
All online bookings require a deposit and are subject to Jarnell’s approval. Your appointment is only secured once we have messaged you to confirm the booking. If you are a new client, you are required to come in for a separate complimentary Consultation appointment (just 15 minutes of your time) before we can accept your booking. In the event that your chosen time or date is unavailable, there is an issue with the allocated time frame for your service, if there are scheduling conflicts or in the event that we are fully booked, Jarnell’s will contact you to reschedule the booking. If none of our available times suit you, we will be more than happy to issue a refund of your deposit (allow 72 hours for the refund to clear).
I need Highlights! What else do I need to know?
When booking Foils / Balayage / Ombre / Highlights, the “Toner” service must be selected also unless agreed prior with your stylist.
Booking Deposit Policy
A booking deposit of 50% is required for any online booking OR booking with more than one hour of allocated time or service over $100. Your appointment is not confirmed unless the booking deposit is paid. Booking deposit can be made by credit/debit card. Jarnell’s do not retain credit card details. Booking deposits are not fees, the deposit is yours to utilise at your appointment.
Failure to reply to your booking reminder is not considered to be a cancellation and Cancellation Policy fees apply.
All deposits are non-refundable. Your online booking is subject to Jarnell's approval. Prices may vary based on individual requirements.
