BOOKING POLICY // CANCELATION POLICY Securing a booking online - We require a deposit on booking - most services are 10% and some are set at a listed price, the deposit on the service can seen & paid through our online booking portal. *This is a non-refundable deposit, it can be added as a salon credit and can be transferred if you need to move your booking to another time/day. If a cancelation policy comes into action you will need to secure appointment again.  ? Securing a booking over the phone - If you would like to make a booking but not secure through our online portal you can call us 026295072 | SM 0474 218 772 | email hello@h2oskinbody.com.au  - we will require card details to secure the booking,  *Nothing will be charged unless your fail to show, cancel or re-schedule as per out cancelation policy below. Redeeming a Gift Card/Voucher - You will need to call to book. We do require Gift Card Number to secure booking. If you fail to show to your appointment, the gift card is forfeited.  ?? What if you need to cancel or schedule? As treatments times are especially reserved for you, we respectfully ask for as much notice as possible if you need to re-schedule or cancel an appointment. If you last minute on the day cancel, re-schedule or no show to your appointment we will require credit card details to secure any future bookings and maybe charged one of the following fees. 20% re -schedule fee | 50% cancelation fee | 100% no show fee. ? When do you arrive for your reservation?  We request you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment if you are a new client. This will allow yourself time to change & for first time clients this allows you to complete any essential consultation forms.? What if you are late for my appointment? Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time of your treatment & your payment will remain unchanged. Ensure you arrive on time to experience the total benefits of your treatments
