MAINTENANCE (within 3 months): For thos who scedule appt every 3 months or less, ensuring consistent upkeep of your colour with minimal adjustments. REFRESH (3 - 5 months): After 3-5 months, the tone becomes brassy/faded and regrowth more noticeable. The collections involve additional work to restore vibrancy and manage regrowth. TRANSFORMATION (5+ months): For appts after 5+ months OR new application. A more comprehensive colour session is needed, addressing significant regrowth, brassiness from aged colour &/or colour fading to rejuvenate or create a fresh new look

2. In relation to the Service:
  1. the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service;
  2. the Client agrees not to copy the Service or the Software or to reverse assemble or attempt to derive source code from the Software;
  3. You must not damage, interfere with or harm the Website or Services, or any network, or system underlying or connected to them, or attempt to do so;
