Your visit will incur a small $3 fee that will help minimise our environmental footprint, support charity and help us implement environmentally sustainable practices. If your feeling unwell before coming to your appointment, please notify us so we can reschedule your appointment if necessary. Our services are gender neutral and are based on the time needed to provide the service. Please be mindful of what you book in for and that there is enough time allocated. Some of our services vary in price and time depending on which stylist you choose, this is determined by experience and qualification. All colour work requires a follow up booking as we need to be able to take the colour off and finish the service. If you are not requiring any other services please just book for a shampoo. All online bookings require a deposit to secure the appointment which is redeemable on your service. All online bookings will be confirmed with a reminder message sent out 48hrs prior to your appointment. Please be mindful we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or no show to your appointment within 24hours your deposit will be forfeited. If you need to cancel or reschedule please give us more than 24 hrs notice to avoid forfeiting the deposit and incurring a cancelation fee. Please read the cancelation policy below Thank you

2. In relation to the Service:
  1. the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service;
  2. the Client agrees not to copy the Service or the Software or to reverse assemble or attempt to derive source code from the Software;
  3. You must not damage, interfere with or harm the Website or Services, or any network, or system underlying or connected to them, or attempt to do so;
