If you're booking for someone else please let us know in the message box. There will be a charge of $25.00 for a booking that is made and not attended without giving us at least 3 hours’ notice before the appointment time. If parents or guardians are unable to attend the appointment, consent can be arranged in advance with prior notice. Our on-line bookings can only be used for in-clinic appointments.   2. the Client agrees not to copy the Service or the Software or to reverse assemble or attempt to derive source code from the Software;
