Welcome to Crew Stylists A few quick things before you book, so your visit runs smoothly: 1. Choose your services carefully The services you pick set how much time we set aside for you, so choose the ones that match what you're after. Not sure? Leave a note (see point 3) or book a consultation and we'll guide you. 2. We'll confirm your booking Your booking isn't final until you hear back from us. We check every request to make sure the right service and enough time are locked in. 3. Tell us about your hair Add a note with anything helpful — the look you're after, your hair history, and photos if you have them. The more we know, the better we can tailor your appointment. 4. $3 Green Fee We partner with Sustainable Salons and recycle up to 95% of our salon waste. A $3 Green Fee is added to your bill on the day to support it — thanks for helping us look after the place. 5. Prices are a guide Listed prices are a starting point. Your stylist will confirm the exact price before starting, based on your hair and the look you want. Longer or thicker hair, or extra colour, can add a little time and cost. 6. Deposits & cancellations A deposit is required to book (shorter services are paid in full). • More than 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule — your deposit is fully refundable. • Less than 24 hours' notice — we're sorry, but we may not be able to refund it.
