For New Patients: To begin your journey with us, please schedule a "New Patient" appointment. The consultation fee is $50. The deposit is required to secure your booking. If you cancel or reschedule prior to 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to your next appointment or refunded. For All Returning Patients: A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking, which will be applied toward services on the day. If your preferred time is unavailable, please sms us, and we will try our best to accommodate you at your prefferred time. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule an already booked appointment, kindly send us an SMS with your desired time, and we will adjust the booking for you. Clinic Policy: Please only attend your appointment if you are feeling well. If you have any major surgery or dental work within the week, reschedule. Some treatments cannot be performed within two weeks before or after receiving vaccinations. Cancellation/No-Show Policy: We schedule appointments back-to-back and allow dedicated time for each client to ensure privacy and a comfortable, uninterrupted experience. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel 24 hours or more in advance, your payment will be automatically refunded. No-shows will also incur a $50 fee. By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation and no-show policy. Location: 185 Elizabeth Street, Sydney, in the St James Trust building (above Bambini Trust Restaurant). Take the elevator to Level 10 and wait at the door. You can also access the building via 160 Castlereagh Street. Transport: We are a short walk from Town Hall or Gadigal stations. Parking: For parking, we recommend the Cook and Philip Park Aquatic Centre (under St Mary's Cathedral), a 5-minute walk through Hyde Park, at $10 per hour.
