Welcome to Arthur Andrew We are a luxury boutique salon offering a relaxed, one-on-one experience Our space is designed to feel calm, and welcoming, allowing you to unwind while receiving a personalised, high-end service tailored to your hair All new colour clients will need to book a free consult where your stylist will then book your colour for a time that suits your schedule. *We do not accept overseas numbers for bookings Because we operate as a one on one salon, with dedicated time set aside for each client, we kindly ask that you respect our booking policy Our salon books are open, which means you are able to move or cancel your appointment online up to 24 hours before your scheduled booking If you need to change your appointment within the 24-hour window, please email the salon and we will do our best to assist. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% service charge. No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the appointment will incur a 100% service charge. 2. In relation to the Service:
  1. the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service;
  2. the Client agrees not to copy the Service or the Software or to reverse assemble or attempt to derive source code from the Software;
  3. You must not damage, interfere with or harm the Website or Services, or any network, or system underlying or connected to them, or attempt to do so;
