Cancellation Policy We kindly ask all clients to book with care. • Bookings made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable if cancelled. • For bookings made more than 24 hours in advance, you may cancel or reschedule freely up to 24 hours before your appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will result in forfeiture of 50% of the deposit paid. This amount will not be refunded. Your cooperation helps us respect the time of both clients and our artists — thank you for your understanding.

2. In relation to the Service:
  1. the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service;
  2. the Client agrees not to copy the Service or the Software or to reverse assemble or attempt to derive source code from the Software;
  3. You must not damage, interfere with or harm the Website or Services, or any network, or system underlying or connected to them, or attempt to do so;
