Adeva reserves the right to request a 50% booking fee on some appointments, including Saturday's. You will be notified via sms if you need to contact the salon to pay. The booking is NOT confirmed until payment is made and the time is still available for others to book. If you wish to cancel, amend or reschedule your appointment, 24 hours notice is required. If you do not provide this notice, you will FORFEIT your booking fee and ANY future bookings will require a deposit to be paid. If you are 10 mins or more late to your appointment and we cannot accommodate due to scheduling, you will also forfeit the booking fee. If you are paying with a GIFT VOUCHER, please write the voucher number in the comments field. All NEW clients to Adeva or those who have not visited in 18 months will be required to pay 50% to secure any booking. Please call the salon on 96763551. Your booking is NOT confirmed until payment is made and still available for others to book this time.

General Terms
1. on behalf of itself and any third party licensor(s) of the Software and Service retains all rights and title to the Software, the Website, the Service and, except as set out below, no Intellectual Property Rights or goodwill therein are transferred to the Client.
2. In relation to the Service:
  1. the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service;
  2. the Client agrees not to copy the Service or the Software or to reverse assemble or attempt to derive source code from the Software;
  3. You must not damage, interfere with or harm the Website or Services, or any network, or system underlying or connected to them, or attempt to do so;
