A quote can be offered at the beginning of your service on request or prior to your booking with a consultation as things may alter the total service cost compared to what was previously booked online. •PROMO VOUCHERS: Not valid on late nights, Saturdays or in December unless prior arrangement. •BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY:** • We send out confirmation texts up to 4 days before your appointment to give you plenty of time to make changes if needed. We know life can be unpredictable, and this early reminder is to help you avoid any cancellation fees. • If you do need to reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. This helps us accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening and ensures everything runs smoothly for our team. • Last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours) may result in a fee of $50 for Cuts/Styling or $120 for Colour/Keratin services, and no-shows may be invoiced for the full booking amount. • Running late? No problem, we’ll do our best to adjust, but please know your service may be shortened, and full charges will still apply. General Terms
1. on behalf of itself and any third party licensor(s) of the Software and Service retains all rights and title to the Software, the Website, the Service and, except as set out below, no Intellectual Property Rights or goodwill therein are transferred to the Client.
2. In relation to the Service:
  1. the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service;
  2. the Client agrees not to copy the Service or the Software or to reverse assemble or attempt to derive source code from the Software;
  3. You must not damage, interfere with or harm the Website or Services, or any network, or system underlying or connected to them, or attempt to do so;
  4. You may not use a robot, spider, scraper or other unauthorised automated means to access the Website or information featured on it for any purpose; and

Providing Content
