- Cancellations and re-schedules must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to your booking. This will allow for another client on the waiting list to take up this appointment time. You can re-schedule your appointment online through our online booking system.
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete the required COVID-19 form and other required forms
- As a courtesy to others and and be on time with our schedule for the day, we reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or shorten your service if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment time. We may request that you rebook your appointment through our online booking system in our website.
We try to prevent overlap of clients in the clinic to maintain social distancing rules.
Please understand that we allow time to stay and be on track for your appointment as well as those clients that follow you.
COSMETIC INJECTIONS AND IV GLUTATHIONE CLIENTS:
- New clients are required to have a doctors consultation prior to their first treatment. A consultation fee of $50 is required.
LASER HAIR REMOVAL CLIENTS:
- Please shave 24 hours prior to your appointment.
As a precaution, please reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment if:
- you are infected with COVID-19
- you have the following symptoms: fever, shortness of breath, loss of sense of taste or smell, dry cough, runny nose or sore throat
- you have been around anyone or in contact with anyone exhibiting these symptoms within the past 14 days
- you are living with anyone who is diagnosed with COVID-19 or quarantined
- you travelled overseas or been in contact with someone who has been overseas in the past month
