DEPOSITS FOR BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS
As our busy season approaches we would love all our clients to be able to get their best appointment time to see us. As such, we require a booking deposit to secure your appointment. The amount of $45 will be payable upon booking and will go towards your final treatment cost. We kindly ask that you provide us with as much advance notice as possible prior to your appointment time to cancel or change your appointment, with a minimum of 24 hours. We understand that things can come up and if you need to cancel within the 24 hours prior your deposit may be forfeited.
In the case of illness, please always let us know as soon as possible, we are happy to reschedule your appointment to a later date. Your deposit amount will go towards your next treatment.

You have the option to book in with your preferred therapist by choosing their name from the menu. If you do not select a therapist name, it will default to 'anyone' and your appointment will be with the skin therapist that has time available for your treatment.

Advanced Treatments requiring follow up or spa days and packages cannot be booked online and need to be booked directly with our team so that we can cater to your unique needs.
