If you are new to the clinic and you are booking a non-student appointment, please book in a consult appointment. All student appointments will be inclusive of a consultation.
Cancellation policy: We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of all treatments. Any cancellations made after this, or failure to attend an appointment without notice, will result in being charged a cancellation fee.
- all new clients must have a consultation prior to any treatment
- consultations are included with all consecutive student treatments you attend
- arriving 15+ minutes late for your appointment may result in cancellation of your appointment (and loss of your deposit)
- your consultation will take place with other students, clients and trainers in the room. Should you have any concerns with disclosing personal or health information, please let reception or the trainer know.
